What should be paid attention to when the wheel bearing is removed for cleaning?

4. The assembly site should be kept as clean as possible and free of dust.
5. Avoid bearing dust, pollutants and moisture-pollutants have an adverse effect on the operation and service life of angular contact ball bearings.
6. Check the bearing seat hole and the mating surface on the shaft: geometric and dimensional accuracy and cleanliness.
7. Apply a little oil or grease to the mating surface of the bearing ring.
8. There is a guide chamfer of 10°-15° for the shaft and bearing seat hole.
9. Do not over-cool the bearing: the moisture produced by condensation can cause corrosion of the bearing and its mating surface.
10. After installation: Fill the bearing with lubricant and check whether the angular contact ball bearing configuration is operating normally.
