1. It is necessary to check the temperature when the bearing rotates. If the temperature of the outer ring of the bearing can be directly measured by the oil hole, it is more suitable. In general, the temperature of the bearing can be estimated based on the temperature outside the bearing.
2. Check the sound when the bearing is rolling. Even if the bearing is slightly peeled and damaged, it will emit abnormal sounds and irregular sounds, so it can be distinguished by a sound meter. Check the size and sound quality of the sound to prevent it in advance.
3. Check the vibration of the bearing during work. Peeling, indentation, corrosion, cracks, wear, etc. will be reflected in the vibration measurement of the bearing. The bearing vibration is very sensitive to the damage of the bearing. Therefore, by using special bearing vibration The measuring device (frequency analyzer, etc.) can measure the magnitude of vibration, and it is not possible to deduce the specific situation of abnormality by frequency division.
